Mohsin Khan is a cricketer from India who was born on July 15, 1998. He now enjoys playing for the Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League and the Uttar Pradesh team in the local cricket league. On the 10th of January 2018, he made his debut in the Twenty20 world for Uttar Pradesh in the Zonal T20 League for the 2017–18 season. It was in January of 2018 when the Mumbai Indians made the purchase of him at the 2018 Indian Premier League auction.
On February 7, 2018, he made his debut for Uttar Pradesh in the List A competition that was part of the 2017–18 Vijay Hazare Trophy. Ahead of the 2020 Indian Premier League season, the Mumbai Indians purchased him in the auction that took place for the Indian Premier League. At the Ranji Trophy tournament for the 2019–20 season, he made his first-class debut on January 27, 2020, playing for Uttar Pradesh. The Lucknow Super Giants were the ones that purchased him during the auction for the 2022 Indian Premier League, which took place in February of that year.
It has been decided that Mohsin Khan, a pacer for the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), will not be included in the playing eleven for their match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), which is set to take place at Chinnaswamy Stadium on Tuesday. Not only did Mohsin suffer yet another defeat during LSG’s last match against the Punjab Kings (PBKS) in Lucknow, but he also suffered an injury that kept him out of action for most of the 2023 season. After completing his term to assist LSG in getting closer to the finish line, he suffered an injury to his hamstring in the final phases of the competition.
In his four overs, Mohsin Khan had statistics of 2/34 for his whole performance. In his penultimate over, the left-arm pacer was successful in dismissing both Shikhar Dhawan and Sam Curran, while at the same time allowing just four runs to go against him. Yash Thakur, a fellow domestic pacer, has taken Mohsin Khan’s position in the playing eleven for the League of Legends. KL Rahul headed the team that played the first game of the season against the Rajasthan Royals (RR) in Jaipur. The right-arm bowler was a member of the playing eleven for the team.

During the competition, Thakur was the most costly bowler on display, as he was responsible for 43 runs over three overs. He came in as a replacement for Deepak Hooda during the run pursuit that LSG was pursuing. On the other hand, Irfan Pathan, who won the Twenty20 World Cup as an all-rounder, has selected the finest possible team that would assist India in achieving victory. Pathan selected India’s 15-man team when he was guest-hosting a program on ESPNcricinfo. He began his selections with the skipper Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Suryakumar Yadav, who, according to the veteran all-rounder, are the obvious options.
When Yudhvir Singh Charak, a pacer for the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), came on for Mohsin Khan during his team’s match against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Lucknow on Sunday, he became just the second concussion substitution in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL). When Mohsin was trying to make a catch off Ravi Bishnoi’s bowling in the 12th over of KKR’s innings, he unfortunately suffered a head injury. In the end, he was compelled to leave the field to get medical care, and Yudhvir Singh took his position.
Mohsin is a tall and imposing individual. His yorkers are his greatest strength, and I am quite pleased with the way he executes them. In the video that was uploaded by the Indian Premier League on X, Morkel was heard saying, “On a surface that is slightly on the slower side, it would be easy for him to go with slower ones, but he backed his strengths and bowled brilliant yorkers.”In addition, Morkel continued by discussing the outstanding all-rounder Marcus Stoinis. According to him, the Australian cricketer is a player who has a certain level of attitude and ferocity in both his batting and bowling attacks.
The most successful bowler for LSG was Mohsin Khan, who took two wickets and thirty-six runs. Marcus Stoinis, Mayank Yadav, Naveen ul Haq, and Stoinis each bagged a wicket respectively. He came as a replacement for Jason Roy in the Purple and Gold Brigade, and he made 89 not out off 47 balls to lead his team to a comfortable eight-wicket victory over LSG. This victory kept his team in second place on the points table. The swashbuckling wicket-keeper batsman, who went unsold during the bidding war that took place before the season, came as a replacement for Roy.

Mohsin Khan, a bowler for the Lucknow Super Giants, claimed that he was not even sure if he would get to play again after experiencing a health scare that kept him out of the game for over a year. Khan also revealed that he bowled a brilliant last over to protect 11 runs for his team against the Mumbai Indians in Lucknow on Tuesday. During his conversation with the commentator after the game, Mohsin, who had a difficult year, also reflected on his experiences.
Following his first season in the Indian Premier League (2022), during which he took 14 wickets in nine matches with an economy rate of 5.97, Mohsin sustained a significant shoulder injury and was unable to participate in any kind of competitive cricket for an entire year. After recording stats of 1 for 42 in three overs against Titans, he was only bowling for the second time this season in the game against Mumbai. He was not fit for the first half of the Indian Premier League 2023. Only the second time he bowled this season was against Mumbai.
