It’s Mark. Andrew Wood is a cricketer from England who has played for England in all formats during his international career. He was born on January 11th, 1990. In domestic cricket, he is a member of the Durham team. In the Indian Premier League, he has played for the Chennai Super Kings and the Lucknow Super Giants (in the current season).2015 was the year when Wood made his debut in the Twenty20 International (T20I), the One Day International (ODI), and the Test games.
He was a member of the England team that successfully won the Cricket World Cup in 2019 as well as the Twenty20 World Cup in 2022. With a score of 1–48, Wood participated in the third one-day international match against New Zealand. In the following match, he had a figure of 1–49, which contributed to England’s victory by seven wickets and brought the series to a tie at 2–2. Even though Wood did not take any wickets in the last game of the series, England still managed to win the series by a score of 3–1.Wood collected two wickets and 68 runs during Australia’s first innings in the first Ashes Test. He then went on to take two wickets and fifty-three runs during England’s second innings, which contributed to England’s victory by 169 runs.

The first two matches, both of which England lost, did not include him in the lineup; nevertheless, he was selected into the squad for the third test match, which took place in St. Lucia.
