The announcement that he will be a part of India’s One-Day International (ODI) team for the 2018 Asia Cup came in September of 2018. On September 18, 2018, he made his Opening One-Day International debut for India against Hong Kong. He was selected to be a member of India’s Twenty20 International (T20I) squad for the series that they were going to play against the West Indies in October of 2018. On November 4, 2018, he made his debut for India in a Twenty20 International match against the West Indies.
Khaleel Ahmed has returned to action and is prepared to resume his bowling responsibilities after taking a short hiatus due to an injury. There is a high level of expectation within the squad that he would be able to make an impact and take some vital wickets for them. Liam Livingstone is the recipient of the ball that Khaleel Ahmed delivers in the 16.1st over. Livingstone is successful in scoring one run off of the ball. The batsman has excellent technique and timing to force the ball into the gap and finish the run in a short amount of time.
In the year 2016, the Delhi Daredevils completed the acquisition of Khaleel Ahmed, a left-arm pacer, for a sum of ₹10 lakh. This marked Khaleel Ahmed’s entry into the most profitable sports league in India. On the other hand, obtaining a berth in the final eleven proved to be difficult throughout the two seasons. Khaleel did not give up, and he was certain that his unwavering commitment would ultimately provide him with the chance to demonstrate his abilities in front of a public that became enthused.
The fact that Rajasthan’s bowling battery is considered to be among the finest in the domestic circuit is not a coincidence. On the third day of their encounter against Maharashtra in the Ranji Trophy top division, the bowlers had a difficult assignment ahead of them, and they did not let down their opponents. At the Barkatullah Khan Stadium in Jodhpur on Sunday, left-arm pacers Khaleel Ahmed (4-19) and Aniket Choudhary (3-32) delivered scorching stints that gave Rajasthan their first win in three matches. This victory was Rajasthan’s first victory in three matches.

During the pursuit of 104 runs, the openers Abhijeet Tomar (53 not out) and Yash Kothari (52 not out) remained in their positions until the last run was struck, which resulted in their side achieving an indisputable victory by ten wickets and a bonus point. It was unfortunate for Rajasthan that their first match was called off, and then in their second encounter, they performed inadequately. Deepak Hooda’s club now has nine points to their credit as a result of their comeback in the game that they played at home.
On the other side, Maharashtra’s performance was a total departure from their previous two matches, which featured a victory by 69 runs and an innings. The fact that they have not gained any further points to their previous total of ten does not change the fact that they are now in third position, while Rajasthan has moved up to fifth place from seventh place overall. Hooda was able to castle Siddhesh Veer (59), who was now the top scorer for Maharashtra in their second innings, as the day resumed with a score of 66-1.
As soon as the partnership between him and Naushad Shaikh (32) that had been going on for 78 runs came to an end, further wickets were available. As a result of Jadhav’s side being bowled out for 184 runs in 70 overs, just eight runs were scored in the last seven overs, and six players were dismissed during that span. At the HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala, Delhi Capitals defeated Punjab Kings by a score of 15 runs. All-rounder Irfan Pathan, who had previously played for India, said that Khaleel Ahmed and Kuldeep Yadav’s overs were the ones that turned the tide of the game in their favor.
Irfan’s brother, Yusuf Pathan, who was a former all-rounder for India, said that Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) would need to play as a team, with every player stepping up to fulfill their collective responsibility. Throughout the season, Faf du Plessis, Virat Kohli, and Glenn Maxwell have been responsible for the majority of the scoring for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Du Plessis is also now in the lead for the Orange Cap with 631 runs scored in 12 matches.
