His full name is Benjamin Colin James Cutting, and he is an Australian cricketer who plays as an all-rounder. Cutting was born on January 30, 1987. Through his participation in one-day internationals and Twenty20 matches, as well as the 2006 Under-19 Cricket World Cup held in Sri Lanka, Cutting was able to represent Australia. Between 2007 and 2018, Cutting was a member of the Queensland team that competed in first-class cricket. After that, he decided to focus only on playing white-ball cricket.
Cutting made his first-class cricket debut for the Queensland Bulls against Tasmania in the opening Pura Cup game of the 2007–08 season. Even though his first delivery went for five wides, Cutting ended up capturing three wickets, including Michael Di Venuto’s. Cutting’s first-class debut came against Tasmania. The fact that Cutting was one of the top wicket-takers in the league during the 2009–10 season, with 25 wickets from his first six matches, has raised the possibility that he may be picked to play for Australia in the Test cricket competition.
He ended the season with 46 wickets at a strike rate of 23.91, making him the top wicket-taker. This featured a career-high six wickets and 37 runs against Tasmania, which spurred conjecture about a potential future appearance on the international stage. Cutting announced on April 3, 2018, that he will be retiring from first-class and List-A cricket after a career that spanned twelve years. He said that he would be concentrating on his Twenty20 game and developing his new company. It was announced in September 2018 that he would be a part of the Nangarhar Leopards team that would compete in the first championship of the Afghanistan Premier League.
With a total of twelve wickets taken in nine matches, he was the Nangarhar Leopards’ joint-leading wicket-taker when they were competing in the competition. Cutting made his debut in the One-Day International (ODI) for the first time on January 13, 2013, and then on January 26, 2013, he made his debut in the Twenty20 international. In August of 2017, he was selected to be a member of a World XI team that will compete against Pakistan in three Twenty20 International matches at the Independence Cup that was held in Lahore in 2017.

Seven different teams are competing in this second edition of the competition. These teams are as follows: Premium Americans, Premium Australians, Premium Pakistanis, Premium Canadians, Premium Windes, Premium Indians, and Premium Afghans. This year’s campaign includes the addition of Afghans and Canadians as additional sides to the mix. Ben Cutting was a member of the Australian national squad for seven Twenty20 Internationals, during which he scored forty runs and took three wickets.
Because of his all-round performance in 209 Twenty20 matches, the all-rounder has collected 2883 runs and taken 136 wickets, making him the most important player for Premium Aussies. The contentious on-field actions that Sohail Tanvir displayed against Ben Cutting in 2018 caused him to become the focal point of attention during the Caribbean Premier League (CPL). Following Cutting’s dismissal with a magnificent delivery, the former Pakistani fast bowler stunned the crowd by making an offensive gesture with his middle finger. This occurred when he was giving Cutting a send-off.
To get his revenge, Ben Cutting waited for four years. During a match in the Pakistan Super League in 2022, he scored 27 runs off of Tanvir’s over and then returned the favor by making the same gesture. This took Tanvir by surprise since he had earlier apologized to him. Erin Holland, a television presenter and model, and Ben Cutting, a cricket player, have a new remodeling project that they are working on simultaneously to keep themselves occupied. On April 20, the couple announced to their followers that they had purchased a property in the Queenslander style at an auction home.
