Abdul Samad is a cricketer from India who was born on October 28th, 2001. He now plays for Jammu and Kashmir in the local cricket league and for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He bats with his right hand and bowls with his right arm using the leg-break strike. It is the third time that a cricketer from Jammu and Kashmir has participated in the Indian Premier League (IPL). In 2009, Farooq made a calculated shift from Kalakote to Sidhra to increase the educational options available to his boys and to provide them with an atmosphere that was more suitable for playing cricket. It was during a trial in Jammu that Abdul Samad was able to attract the notice of Irfan Pathan, a former all-rounder for India, and Milap Mewada, a coach for Jammu and Kashmir. This move proved to be very beneficial for Abdul Samad. The ability of Samad, who was just 16 years old at the time, to drive the ball on the rise, especially against fast bowlers from 18 yards out, left Pathan with a positive impression.
The defining moment in Abdul Samad’s career occurred when VVS Laxman, the coach of Sunrisers Hyderabad, was looking for a powerful middle-order finisher for the team. This was the moment that changed the course of his career. Following Mewada’s recommendation of the skilled Abdul Samad for the vital position, which ultimately led to Laxman’s admittance into the Indian Premier League, Mewada had previously played with Laxman during their Under-19 years.
It was on February 21, 2019, that he made his debut for Jammu and Kashmir in the Twenty20 competition, which was part of the 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. On September 27, 2019, he made his debut in the List A competition for Jammu and Kashmir, which was part of the 2019–20 Vijay Hazare Trophy.[8]: On the 9th of December, 2019, he made his debut in the first-class competition for Jammu and Kashmir in the Ranji Trophy for the 2019–20 season.

The Sunrisers Hyderabad have acquired his services for the upcoming Indian Premier League season of 2020. Against the Delhi Capitals, he made his debut in the Indian Premier League on September 29, 2020. In the Indian Premier League, he played 28 matches and scored 288 runs. As a result of the IPL 2022 auction, the franchise decided to keep him on board. After Travis Head had caused a lot of damage, it was time for Heinrich Klaasen to put on a show. Together, the two of them smashed bowlers from the Royal Challengers Bangalore all over the stadium.
Despite this, the momentum continued to build up until the very end of the innings, when it was time for Abdul Samad to deliver his performance. At one point, it seemed as if RCB might be able to limit SRH to a total that was somewhere in the vicinity of 250. On the other hand, Samad had different ideas, and he decided to finish the game by delivering a series of lustful strikes to the home squad. In the process of SRH once again surpassing the greatest total in the history of the Indian Premier League, he took a particular liking to Reece Topley and hammered him for 24 runs.
The Punjab Kings (PBKS) and the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) engaged in a fascinating matchup on Tuesday at Mullanpur. The match was a gripping battle. Only two runs separated SRH and PBKS in the end, but SRH emerged triumphant in a fight that was close to being a draw. As a result of losing nine wickets in twenty overs, SRH set a goal of 182 runs. In response, PBKS was only able to score 180 runs, which resulted in the loss of six wickets and a small deficit of only two runs in comparison to the objective.
Nitish Kumar Ready, a youthful all-rounder for SRH, showed his grit. As a result, he emerged as the hero of the match. Despite Hyderabad’s rough beginning, which included the loss of wickets early on, Nitish’s tenacity and talent were the factors that ultimately won the game. In the powerplay, SRH was only able to score forty runs and they lost three important wickets. Notwithstanding this, Nitish’s bold batting against the powerful Punjab bowlers brought about a shift in the game’s dynamics.
