Having been born on April 3, 1995, Taskin Ahmed Tazim is a cricketer who hails from Bangladesh. A left-handed batter and right-arm fast bowler, he is a right-arm fast bowler. As well as playing for the Rangpur Rangers franchise in the Bangladesh Premier League, he is a member of the Dhaka Metropolis team that competes in first-class and List-A cricket. In his maiden one-day international, Taskin Ahmed became the first Bangladeshi cricketer to capture five wickets.
On the 10th of January in 2007, Taskin began playing cricket in the Abahani playground. The Bangladesh national under-19 cricket team chose him to play for them after he had previously competed at the under-15 and under-17 levels. In October 2011, he made his debut for Dhaka Metropolis in the first-class competition against Barisal Division. Taskin was the player who took the most wickets for Bangladesh at the 2012 ICC Under-19 World Cup. He scored 11 wickets throughout the tournament.
His bowling performance of 4/31 against Duronto Rajshahi in the semi-final of the Bangladesh Premier League 2 earned him the title of man of the match. On April 1, 2014, he made his debut in Twenty20 Internationals and claimed the wicket of Glenn Maxwell in his first T20I match.
