Saurabh Tiwary is a former cricket player from India who played as a left-handed middle-order batsman. He was born on December 30th, 1989. As a member of the Indian side that triumphed at the Under-19 World Cup in Malaysia in 2008, he was an important batsman on the team. On the Indian team that triumphed at the Asia Cup in 2010, he was a member of the team. He was a member of the Mumbai Indians team that competed in the Indian Premier League in 2008.
His performance in the Indian Premier League in 2010 earned him the nickname “left-handed Mahendra Singh Dhoni.” He had established himself as a regular player for them. Tiwary was included in the roster for the Asia Cup in 2010, however, he did not participate in the tournament.
