Yuzvendra Singh Chahal is a former chess player and athlete from India who now plays cricket. Yuzvendra Chahal, an attacking leg spinner, rose to prominence in 2009 as he ended the National Under-19 Cooch Behar Trophy as the tournament’s leading wicket-taker with 34 wickets. This achievement brought him a lot of attention. To further his education, he attended the DAV Public School located in Jind. It was at the Mahatma Gandhi College of Health Science in Haryana that he received his degree. On the 22nd of December in the year 2020, Yuzvendra Chahal tied the knot with Dhanashree Verma, who is well-known for her work as a dance choreographer, dentist, and YouTuber. However, he only participated in one Indian Premier League game throughout three seasons, which was a match against Kolkata Knight Riders on April 24. He appeared in every game in the Champions League Twenty20 in 2011. By taking two wickets for nine in three overs during the final match against Royal Challengers Bangalore, he assisted Mumbai in maintaining their total of 139 and ultimately winning the match. His performance against the Delhi Capitals earned him the Man of the Match award for the 2014 Indian Premier League. It was at the Indian Premier League auction in January 2018 when the Royal Challengers Bangalore repurchased him. In February in the year 2022, the Rajasthan Royals were the ones that purchased him during the super auction for the Indian Premier League.
In an Indian Premier League match that took place on April 18, 2022, Chahal won the match against the Kolkata Knight Riders by claiming a hat-trick and five wickets. During the Indian Premier League 2024 season, Yuzvendra Chahal will be a member of the Rajasthan Royals side.

Chahal came in to replace Ravindra Jadeja in the first Twenty20 International match against Australia on December 4, 2020. Jadeja had suffered a concussion earlier in the contest. In a subsequent encounter, Chahal was the first concussion substitute to win the Man of the Match award in an international cricket match. This achievement made Chahal a game-changer.
