Ravi Bishnoi is a cricketer who represents India at the international level. He was born on September 5th, 2000. Within the realm of white ball cricket, he is a member of the Indian cricket team. He bowls with his right arm and uses a leg break. In February of 2022, he made his entry onto the international scene. In the Indian Premier League, he is a member of the Lucknow Super Giants, and in Gujarat, he is a member of the Gujarat cricket team.
It was during his participation for India in the Under-19 Cricket World Cup in 2020 that he first came to public attention. He played for India and ended up becoming the tournament’s best wicket-taker with 17 dismissals. As of the 6th of December 2023, he is the highest-rated Twenty20 International bowler. Pradyot Singh Rathore and Shahrukh Pathan established a cricket school that they titled Spartans Cricket School. To ensure that he was able to practice, they took on all of the mason’s work themselves because they were experiencing financial troubles.
Before his coaches begged the selectors to give him another opportunity, he was chosen for the U-19 Rajasthan team. The selectors had previously rejected him for the U-16 trials and the U-19 trials twice. He was ultimately picked for the U-19 Rajasthan squad. It was in March of 2018 that the Rajasthan Royals decided to bring him up to play as a net bowler. On February 21, 2019, he made his debut for Rajasthan in the Twenty20 competition, which was part of the 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
On September 27, 2019, he made his debut in the List A competition for Rajasthan, which was part of the 2019–20 Vijay Hazare Trophy. The announcement that he will be a part of India A’s team for the 2019–20 Deodhar Trophy came in October of 2019. In the days leading up to the 2020 Indian Premier League, Kings XI Punjab made the purchase of his services at the auction that took place in December of 2019.

Bishnoi made his debut in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on September 20, 2020, against Delhi Capitals. He took Rishabh Pant as his first wicket and concluded with the bowling statistics of 1/22 in four overs. However, he was ultimately unsuccessful in his attempt to win the match. As the season came to a close, he had taken 12 wickets and was considered for the Emerging Player award consideration. Before the starting of the 2022 Indian Premier League campaign, Bishnoi was selected by the newly formed Lucknow Super Giants in the draft that took place in February of that year.
The announcement that he will be a part of India’s team for the Under-19 Cricket World Cup in 2020 came in December 2019. In India’s encounter against Japan on January 21, 2020, Bishnoi got four wickets without allowing a single run to be scored. He finished his period with four wickets for five runs from eight overs. India won the match by ten wickets, and Bishnoi was voted the man of the match for his performance.
After the competition was over, he was the player who took the most wickets. Bishnoi was selected to be a member of India’s One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International (T20I) teams for the home series that they were going to play against the West Indies in January of next year.[On February 16, 2022, he made his debut in the Twenty20 International for India against the West Indies cricket team. His inclusion in India’s One-Day International team for their series against South Africa was announced in October of 2022. On October 6, 2022, he played his first one-day international match against South Africa. Ravi Bishnoi was awarded the 95th cap for India on February 16, 2022, after the conclusion of a trip that was quite successful. Utilizing this achievement as a foundation, he went on to earn his One-Day International Cap number 255 on October 6th, 2022.

His selection in India’s team for the five-match Twenty20 series against Australia took place in November 2023. During the series, he excelled with a series-leading nine wickets at an average of 18.22. His four overs in the first match resulted in the loss of 54 runs, and he only managed to take one wicket. He bowled an outstanding performance in the second match, taking three wickets while only allowing 32 runs to go against him.
